One (1) pet per unit is permitted. The following breeds of dogs are not permitted: Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman or any lineage of these breeds.  

 

Are there any occupancy restrictions? 

No. 

 

Are there any leasing restrictions? 

No. 

 

What are the parking rules for residents? 

Each unit has one (1) assigned parking space unless otherwise specified.   

 

What are the parking rules for visitors? 

Visitor parking spaces are available on site on a first-come, first-serve basis. Residents are not permitted to park in visitor parking at any time.  

 

Are there restrictions regarding changes to the common elements? 

N/A 

 

Is there sub-metering of utilities? 

No.  

 

Are there any unusual maintenance items? 

No. 

 

Are there any bulk utilities included in the common expenses? 

Yes. Water and soft water are included in the monthly maintenance fees.  

 

Is there private waste pickup? 

Yes. 

 

Are there any amenities? 

  1. Guest Suite – may be booked for a fee. 

  1. Common Room – may be booked for a fee.  

 

Are there any smoking or cannabis restrictions? 

Smoking is not permitted in or on the common elements   

 

Is there any other important information to know? 

Dynamic – working professionals or senior clientele.  

Elevator must be booked for move ins or outs.  

All units must remain on the Master Key system.  

There is a cleaner and off-site Superintendent.
